These Terms govern your use of our property management application ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, safeguarding credentials, and for all activities under your account.
Paid features are available on subscription plans. Plan limits (e.g., properties, storage, emails) are enforced in-app. Fees are billed via Stripe according to your selected plan.
You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.
Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to operate the Service.
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with notice when practicable.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable state or territory.
